Originally from Long Island, NY,  Peter McDermott started out in the music scene by playing with some of the most prominent indie rock bands in the New York City. After playing in several thriving local bands, Peter McDermott decided to venture out on his own. One Big Picture Show, is McDermott’s first release as a solo artist. The audio pictures that he curates showcase his ability to paint vivid stories with his meaningful lyrics and unique sound. With the mixture of his indie rock roots and the pop nature of his writing, Peter McDermott has been able to create music that is both anthemic and emotionally powerful.
